Crash, bang, whallop!

You may have noticed I've not posted about work much this weekend. Well, there's a good reason for that - I have a visitor, my little bro. It's not often he gets time to come see me and it's really cool to have him down here. We have a such a giggle together! We didn't even do that much yesterday, but a whole lot of not very much can be good for the soul :)

Today we are doing something though. Something we've not done in years. When I say years, I mean more than 10! We're off to watch banger racing!! I used to love going when I was a kid. We used to go to Arlington, near Eastbourne (I grew up in East Sussex), just me, my bros and my dad. Certainly not my mum's cup of tea and I don't think she really appreciated all the bits of metal I'd bring home from cars that crashed right in front of me! Anyway, I LOVED it and in a moment of internet surfing, found that there are a few tracks right on my doorstep. So, today we're off to watch some silly people smash up some gaudy old cars. Bliss!
